摘要 为了研究低温对南瓜幼苗叶片的影响,测定了9个南瓜品种在昼/夜温度分别为25℃/15℃,15℃/10℃,10℃/5℃的低温胁迫下,叶片的叶绿素a、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白的含量及光合速率的变化。结果表明:在试验材料中,MDA和叶绿素含量整体随着温度的下降而上升;可溶性蛋白则是呈现先升高后下降再升高的倾向;净光合作用(Pn)和胞间二氧化碳(Ci)随着温度下降而下降;并发现在所用材料中GLF-1GY南瓜幼苗的抗低温性较佳,可供在环境较差的情况下栽培种植。 In order to study effects of low temperature stress on physiological indexes of pumpkin seedlings, nine the seedlings of pumpkin varieties have been tested in terms of their photosynthesis rate, chlorophyll fluorescence, soluble protein content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content parameters at various low temperatures (day/night) , that is, 25℃/ 15 ℃, 15 ℃ / 10 ℃, 10 ℃ / 5℃ The results show that the content of MDA and chlorophyll increased as the temperature dropped; the content of soluble protein decreased after it initially increased, and then increased again; net photosynthesis (Pn) and intercellular CO2 (Ci) were reduced with the temperature falling; and the seedlings of GLF-1GY is found to be resistant to low temperature and is likely to be grown under less favorable environmemt for cold tolerance and high yield.
