摘要
采用盆栽实验的方法,在添加0、5、10、15、20g/m2杀螺剂的土壤中种植高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea),探讨该植物对土壤中杀螺剂五氯酚的富集作用。通过45天的模拟盆栽试验,发现高羊茅对五氯酚具有一定的富集能力。在30 d时,各施药浓度的生物富集因子(BCF)达到最大,其中10 g/m2的生物富集因子为26.89(P<0.01)。
This study was conducted to explore some plants' ability to absorbe pentachlorophenol (PCP) in molluscacide applied to the soil. Festuca arundinacea was planted in the soil with molluscacide at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 g/m2, The results showed that us the 45-d test, Festuca arundinacea was good at collecting the PCP , phytoremediation is a reliable way to dispose the PCP, and 30-daffter the test biological concentration factor (BCF), had reached the most 10 g/m2 of the BCF is 26.89(P〈0.01).
