摘要
概述了近30年来我国西瓜产业的发明专利和实用新型专利申请类型、年份、发明人以及专利所涉及的创新技术领域,探讨了中国西瓜产业专利技术的现状和发展趋势,并对相关专利技术发展进行了评价。
The invention and utility model patents related to China＇s watermelon industry in nearly 30 years were statistically analyzed. The present situation and development trend of watermelon related patented technology in China were discussed by comparing the patent type, year of application and innovative technological fields involved. And the development of the patented technology in watermelon industry was evaluated in this study.
