On Water Civilization and Water Philosophy in Ecological Civilization Constrution

人类文明之初非常重视水在生命中的重要地位,形成了原初的水文明,而现代文明则缺乏对水的正确理解,导致了人与水的不协调。在生态文明建设中,水文明建设是重要而独特的组成部分,关键在于通过综合治理,全面加强水管理。建设水文明需要树立新的水哲学,即在水的存在论、方法论、认识论、人与水的生态关系、水与人类社会历史的关系、水与科学技术工程产业关系等方面建立起系统的水观。

The important situation of water in life is so seriously taken that the primary water civilization is formed since the beginning of human civilization, but the lack of right comperihension of water in modem civilization dominates to unharminory relationship between human and water. The water civilization in which the key is comprehensive treatment to improve total control is important and distinctive component in construction of ecological civilization. The new water philosophy is needed to construct water civilization which means that we should construct systemic opinions of water such as the ontology of water, the methodology of eater, the episitimology of water, the relaitionship between human and water, the relationship between human social history and the relationship between water and sciance-technics-engineering-industry.
