血管回声跟踪技术评价丙泊酚或依托咪酯全麻诱导前后颈总动脉内皮功能的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价丙泊酚或依托咪酯全麻诱导前后颈总动脉内皮功能的变化。方法:选择我院择期全麻插管患者40例,随机分为依托咪酯组(E组)、丙泊酚组(P组),每组20例。应用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)测量颈总动脉弹性参数:血管收缩期内径(Ds)、血管舒张期内径(Dd)、血管内径差值(diffD)、血管僵硬度(β)、血管压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。结果:丙泊酚麻醉诱导后颈总动脉β、Ep、PWVβ较诱导前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);依托咪酯麻醉诱导前、后颈总动脉β、Ep、AC、AI、PWVβ比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。丙泊酚在诱导后3 min时段收缩期及舒张期血管内径差值明显增加,与诱导前、苏醒后的血管内径最大差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ET技术可较好地评价丙泊酚或依托咪酯在全麻诱导前后颈总动脉内皮功能的变化情况,有望成为实时、无创、准确检测全麻诱导期大动脉血管功能状态的新方法。
