磁敏感加权成像在检出颅内钙化中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)技术在检出颅内钙化中的应用价值。方法:分别对32例颅内钙化(经CT证实)患者行MRI检查,观察分析105枚钙化灶在各序列(TIWI、T2WI、SWI)中的信号特点。结果 :钙化灶在SWI校正相位图上表现为均匀高信号36枚(34.3%),中心高信号、周边低信号27枚(25.7%),以高信号为主的混杂信号52枚(49.5%),且病灶形态、大小与CT所见一致。钙化灶在SWI图上均为低信号。钙化灶在T1WI、T2WI上表现为高、低、等或极低4种信号,T1WI以等信号及低信号多见;T2WI以低信号多见。钙化灶在SWI、校正相位图上检出率为100%,常规MR序列为87.62%。结论:SWI序列对钙化灶敏感、检出率高,可弥补常规序列的不足。
