嗜酸性肉芽肿放射治疗的疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 嗜酸性肉芽肿（eosinophilic granuloma，EG）是一种少见的良性疾病，发病率低，多见于儿童和青年，病理学表现以组织细胞增生和嗜酸粒细胞浸润为特征。由于原发部位发生率的差异，国外文献和临床报道较多关注骨EG的综合治疗，放疗技术较为单一，放疗剂量通常较低，国内患者病灶多发于淋巴结及内脏器官。手术难以完全切除，激素治疗容易复发，因此放疗显得较为重要，目前对于原发淋巴结和内脏的EG放疗技术和剂量的选择相关研究结论并不一致。
