白细胞介素-9在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的表达及意义 被引量：7

摘要 2008年．Dardalhon和Veldhoen先后在NatureImmunology杂志上提出一种以分泌白细胞介素（IL）-9、IL-10为主的新型效应性CD4＋T细胞——Th9细胞．其发挥免疫调节作用的主要效应因子为IL-9。IL-9作为一种新的促炎因子．目前国内外对于其与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉（CRSWNP）相关性的研究报道尚少。本研究通过检测IL-9在CRSwNP患者中的表达．探讨IL-9在CRSwNP发病中的作用。
