摘要
【目的】研究不同剂量Co60-γ射线辐照对厚皮甜瓜植株生长及果实性状的影响。【方法】用0、10、20、40、60和80 Gy 6不同剂量Co60-γ射线分别辐照甜瓜品种金凤凰、金龙、雪里红和伽师瓜的无菌组培苗茎尖组织,观测辐照后植株生长和果实性状的变化。【结果】辐射处理甜瓜茎尖的半致死剂量为20 Gy。【结论】高剂量(80 Gy)辐照处理对甜瓜生长产生明显的抑制作用,而低剂量(10~20 Gy)处理既可促进甜瓜植株的生长,还可有效改善甜瓜的品质。
[ Objective ] In order to study the Effect of different dosages of Co60 - γ, rays on growth and fruit characters of muskmelon. [Method]0, 10, 20, 40, 60 and 80 Gy were selected to treat the sterile shoots of Jinfenghuang, Jinlong, Xuelihong and Jiashigua. Then, growth and fruit characters were observed af- ter irradiation. [ Result ] The results showed that: the sub -lethal dose was 20 Gy. [ Conclusion ] High dose (80 Gy) treatment produced significant inhibition on growth of muskmelon, and low dose (10 Gy - 20 Gy) treatment promoted the growth of plants, and also improved the quality of muskmelon effectively.
