运用磁导航行心房颤动消融与手动消融的比较分析及护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较磁导航指导下心房颤动导管消融与手动消融的有效性和安全性及相关护理。方法80例房颤患者,随机分为磁导航指导下消融组(MNS组)和手动消融组(CON组),其中MNS组30例,CON组50例。MNS组穿刺房间隔后采用盐水灌注磁消融导管行左心房建模和左右肺静脉前庭电隔离,隔离后采用牛眼图确认;CON组在Carto系统下采用常规手动消融方法。记录并分析两组的手术操作时间、X线暴露时间、X线暴露量和手术相关并发症。术后3~6月内每月随访一次动态心电图。结果MNS组比CON组的手术操作时间、X线暴露时间、X线暴露量方面均有减少。MNS组有1例血胸、1例迷走神经反射。CON组出现1例心包填塞、1例新发腔隙性脑梗死、1例血胸、3例血肿、1例迷走神经反射。80例房颤患者均成功实施消融治疗。随访3~6个月,两组手术成功率比较差异无显著意义(P〈O.05)。结论磁导航是行房颤消融的一种新方法,具有安全性及有效性,提高了患者生活质量,减少了护理工作量。
