干细胞采集中静脉补钙时机与速度的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨外周血干细胞采集过程中静脉补钙的最佳时机及速度,为有效预防和纠正枸橼酸钠毒性反应提供依据。方法使用COBE Spectra血细胞分离机对162例健康供者进行干细胞采集295例。将每次采集随机分为两组,观察组156例,对照组139例,进行不同时机、不同速度的静脉补钙观察与分析。结果两组干细胞采集均成功,共发生20例低钙反应,发生率为6.78%;对照组18例,发生率为12.95%;观察组发生2例,发生率为1.28%。观察组低钙反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论正确的静脉补钙时机及速度,有效降低了枸橼酸钠毒性引起的不良反应。
