茶多酚对猪精液冻后质量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Tea Polyphenols on Cryopreservation of Boar Semen

摘要 本研究旨在评价茶多酚对猪精液冻后质量的影响,为猪精液冷冻稀释液配方的改良提供理论依据。实验选取3种美系种公猪(长白、大约克与杜洛克)采集精液,并用含不同浓度(0、0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%、0.05%、0.06%)茶多酚的冷冻稀释液稀释,0.25 mL细管分装冷冻;解冻后测定精子冻后活力、畸形率及顶体完整率,并进行相同浓度下3种公猪之间和同种公猪不同浓度之间的比较。结果表明:无论茶多酚浓度多大,3种公猪之间冻后精子活力、畸形率及顶体完整率均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);0.04%浓度的茶多酚可以显著提高猪精子冻后活力(P<0.05),而对畸形率及顶体完整率没有显著改善作用(P>0.05)。总之,相同茶多酚浓度下冻后猪精液质量无种间差异;茶多酚可以显著提高猪精液的冻后质量,其最优浓度为0.04%。 The objective of this study was to determine the effect of tea polyphenols semen and provide a theorectical reference to improve the formula of diluents for was collected from three breeds of American-derived boars (Lanclroce, large diluents supplimented with different concentrations of tea polyphenols (0, 0.01%, on the quality of frozen-thawed boar boar semen cryopreservation. Semen Yorkshire, Duroc) and extended in 0.02%, 0.03%, 0.04%, 0.05% and 0.06%). After being loaded into 0.25 mL straws the diluted semen was freezed. Subsequently the motility, abnormality and acrosomal integrity of frozen-thawed spermatozoa were tested, and comparisons of mean values among three breeds of boar at the same eonoentration or among treatments at the same breed of boar were carried out. The results revealed that at the same concentration of tea polyphenols, there weren't any significant differences (P〉0.05) in the motility, abnormality and acrosomal integrity of frozen-thawed spermatozoa among the three breeds of boar; 0.04% concentration of tea polyphenols significantly increased the motility of frozen-thawed spermatozoa (P〈0.05), but didn't demonstrate the significant improvement in abnormality and acrosomal integrity (P〉0.05). In summary, at the same concentration of tea polyphenols, there aren' t any significant differences in the quality of frozen-thawed semen among the three breeds of boar; tea polyphenols can significantly increase the quality of frozen-thawed boar semen and the optimal concentration of this reagent, when added to the freezing solution, is 0.04%.
