犊牛体外胚胎生产体系及卵母细胞发育能力研究进展

摘要 一般认为犊牛卵巢卵母细胞资源丰富,在初情期前适宜时期,外源促性腺激素处理能够诱导卵泡发育,获取大量的卵母细胞。犊牛作为卵母细胞供体应用于育种,将可以加快良种扩繁速度,大幅缩短世代间隔。因此,本文对犊牛卵母细胞来源、体外胚胎生产体系、成熟受精后的发育能力进行了综述,并从超微结构、代谢、细胞质成熟及分子成熟等方面分析了犊牛卵母细胞发育能力较低的本质原因,旨在为优化犊牛体外胚胎生产体系、提高犊牛卵母细胞资源利用效率提供理论基础。 It is well known that prepubertal calf with a huge numb er of oocytes in ovay can exhibit better ovarian response to exogenous gonadotropin treatment during a given time period prior to puberty. Utilization of prepubertal calves as oocyte donors in breeding programs will provides great potential for accelerating genetic gain through a reduced generation interval. Hence, this paper reviewed the source of calf oocytes, in vitro embryo production system, developmental capacity following in vitro maturation, at the same time, analyzed the essential reason for the lower developmental capacity of calf oocytes based on the uhrastructure, metabolism, cytoplasmic maturation and molecular maturity etc with the aim to optimize in vitro embryo production system from calf oocytes, and improves the utilization efficiency of calf oocyte resources.
