胆盐刺激性脂酶的发育、生物学特征和功能的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 胆盐刺激性脂酶(bile salt-stimulated lipase,BSSL)是主要由胰腺和哺乳期乳腺分泌的一种脂肪分解酶,不仅参与了脂肪的消化过程,还对动脉粥样硬化、炎症反应及抗微生物作用方面产生重要影响。本文从BSSL的来源和组织分布、发育模式、分子生物学特征及功能等方面描述了BSSL,并探讨BSSL在儿科临床的应用前景。
