本文通过文献分析法对2003年至2013年间高校图书馆服务质量研究相关文献进行概括总结,为提高自身服务水平与业务能力提供参考。

Through the documentary analysis, this article generalizes the researching on quality of servicing for university libraries that all the concerning papers posted from 2003 to 2013, to provide reference for improving the service level and service ability.
