欧盟创新驿站在多年的发展中形成了独特的需求拉动式技术转移服务体系,积累了丰富的实践经验。文章在前人理论研究和机构实践经验学习的基础上,详尽介绍了欧盟创新驿站的服务内容、网络、步骤等,深入探讨了创新驿站模式区别于传统技术转移服务机构的特点与优势。最后结合相关理论与实践经验研究,提出了对我国创新驿站建设的若干建议。

The paper describes how the European Innovation Relay Centers network works to support technology transfer among different countries and cities. Compared with traditional technology transfer services, IRC network is different in services client, method and service process. IRC network service mode has great advantages to accelerate local innovation activity and the efficiency of technology transfer. The paper also provides some advices for better technology transfer service of technology transfer institutes in our country.
