Vocational College Graduates Starting Mini-Enterprises Under the Support of Government and Society

高校扩招,特别是高等职业院校招生计划大量增加后,出现了高职毕业生就业难甚至还没就业就已经失业了的现象。为解决高职毕业生就业创业困难问题并增加其社会竞争力,政府和社会应该采取有效措施,帮助高职毕业生创办微小企业。近年来,高职毕业中有自主创业意愿的比例在逐渐增长,但由于资金不足、经验缺乏和人脉稀薄等问题,最终走上自主创业道路的高职毕业生人数比例依然很低,创业成功率亦不高。

Enrollment increase in vocational colleges leads to the fact that graduates face unemploy-ment upon their graduation. In order to solve the employment problem for vocational college gradu-ates and increase their competitiveness, it is the government and society＇ s responsibility to take ef-fective measures to help them start mini-enterprise. Recently, more and more graduates are willingto start their own business, however, due to the lack of money, experience, and social connection,fewer graduates could successfully start their own business.
