摘要
[目的]为短小芽孢杆菌和胶红酵母菌在魁蚶育苗中的应用提供理论参考。[方法]在饵料中添加短小芽孢杆菌CGMCC 1004菌株(0%、0.5%、1.0%)和胶红酵母菌CGMCC 1013菌株(0%、0.5%、1.0%)进行魁蚶育苗,探讨2种益生菌对魁蚶幼虫生长、存活、附着变态以及水体中氨氮和亚硝酸氮浓度的影响。[结果]单独添加酵母菌及同时添加芽孢杆菌和酵母菌对壳长有显著影响(P<0.05),其中0.5%酵母菌和0.5%芽孢杆菌的添加组合效果最佳;单独添加芽孢杆菌以及同时添加酵母菌和芽孢杆菌对壳高有显著影响(P<0.05),其中单独添加1.0%芽孢杆菌的效果最为显著;单独添加0.5%酵母菌及同时添加0.5%酵母菌和0.5%芽孢杆菌对魁蚶幼虫的附着变态作用效果较好;在试验过程中水体中氨氮和亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)浓度均低于0.20 mg/L。[结论]在魁蚶育苗过程中添加适量的芽孢杆菌和酵母菌是可行的,能更好促进魁蚶幼虫的生长,其中添加0.5%酵母菌和0.5%芽孢杆菌的育苗效果最好。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical references for the application of Bacillus pumilus and Rhodotorula mucilagino-sa in the seedling euhivation of Seapharea broughtonii.[ Method] Bacillus pumilus CGMCC 1004(0%, 0.5%, 1.0% ) and Rhodotorula muei-laginosa CGMCC 1013(0% , 0.5% , 1.0% ) were added in the water body to cultivate S. broughtoni. The effects of two kinds of probioties on the growth, survival and attachment and metamorphosis of S. broughtoni larva and the eoncentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrogen nitrite in water body were discussed. [ Result] Supplementing R. mueilagbwsa only and supplementing R. mucilaginosa and B. pumilus simultaneously had significant effeets on the shell length of S. broughtoni (P 〈 0.05 ), and the effect of supplementing 0.5% R. mucilaginosa and 0.5% B. pumilus simultaneously was the best. Supplementing B. pumilus only and supplementihg R. mneilaginosa and B. pumilus simultaneously had sig- nificant effects on the shell height(P 〈0.05), and the effect of supplementing 1.0% B. pumilus only was the most significant. Supplementing R. mucilagirtosa only and supplementing R. mucilaginosa and B. pumilus simultaneously had obvious effects on the attachment and metamorpho-sis of S. broughtoni larva. During the test process, the concentrations of fammonia nitrogen and nitrogen nitrite in water body were both less than 0.20 mg/L. [ Conclusion] It was feasible to supplement appropriate amount of R. mucilaginosa and B. pumilus in the seedling cultivation of S. broughtoni, by which the growth of S. broughton larva could be promoted. The seedling cultivation effects of S. broughtoni with supplementing 0.5% R. mueilazinosa and 0.5% B. Dumilus was the best.
