大同市2013年气候特征分析及影响评估

Climate Features Analysis and Its Impact Evaluation in Datong in 2013

利用大同市8个观测站1981～2010年气象资料，分析2013年的气候特征及影响评估。结果表明，2013年全市平均年降水偏多，气温略偏高，日照略偏少；无霜期偏短，大风沙尘天气偏少；四季气温均偏高；冬、春季降水偏少，夏、秋季偏多；2013年极端气候事件涉及7类气象记录，累计38站次突破历史极值，气象灾害较多，干旱、暴雨洪涝、冰雹、大风、霜冻等主要天气气候事件对全市农业、林业、水利、交通和旅游等行业造成一定的影响；2013年农业气象条件总体满足作物生长需求，对2013年农业生产丰收起到了重要保障作用。

By using meteorological data of eight observation stations in Datong City during 1981 -2010, the climate features and influence eval- uation in 2013 were analyzed. The resuhs showed that the annual average rainfall were more, temperature was higher, sunlight time was slightly less, gale days were less, average frost-free period was shorter than the conventional year. The temperatures in four seasons were higher. The rainfall was less in winter and spring but more in summer and autumn. There was 7 kinds of meteorological records about extreme climate events in 2003, grand total of 38 times break the historical extreme. The meteorological disasters were more, which included drought, flood, wind, hail, frost, etc. These main climate events had some influences on industry businesses which included agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, transport and tourism. In 2013, agricultural meteorological conditions generally meet crop needs which have important protective effects on the harvest of agricultural production this year.
