某中学教学楼结构改造及抗震加固方案分析

On structure reconstruction of some middle school and its anti-seismic consolidation scheme

以某中学教学楼改为宿舍楼项目为例,重点从工程抗震角度对建筑功能变化带来的结构抗震安全性能进行了鉴定,通过研究结构改造方案及抗震验算,提出了抗震加固措施,可供同类工程参考。

Taking the reconstruction project at some middle school from teaching building to dometory as the example,the paper undertakes the evaluation of the structural anti-seismic performance caused by the changes of the building’s function in the aspect of the engineering anti-seis-mic,and points out the anti-seismic consolidation measures according to the studies on the structural reconstruction and anti-seismic calculation, so as to provide some reference for similar projects.
