摘要
对贵州省望谟县发生的特大山洪泥石流灾害成因进行了全面的分析,并对防洪治理思路及防治规划布置进行了简要的介绍,其治理思路及治理措施可为类似工程提供参考。
This paper made a comprehensive analysis on the causes of the debris flow disasters occurred in Guizhou province Wangmo county,and the flood control thought and control layout is introduced,its management ideas and measures which can provide reference for similar engineering.
