The paper introduces the status and features of SMA application at home and abroad,points out the selection requirement of SMA mix-er based on ensuring the roadbed quality,and points out the demands for the regulations for three phases should be strictly adhered to in the pro-jects,and undertakes the aim proportion ratio by identifying and recalculating the production proportion ratio,so as to ensure the construction craft and procedure,as well as construction quality.
