Fostering and Developing Modern Agricultural Industry Clusters in Henan Province

现代农业产业集群的形成与发展遵循一定的路径依赖和特殊规律。深入分析河南省培育发展现代农业产业集群的制约因素和认识误区,提出根据农业资源禀赋条件和集群生命周期特征,采取提高科技贡献度、推行差异化竞争策略、实现城乡公共服务均等化和建立优胜劣汰机制等措施培育和发展现代农业产业集群。

The formation and development of modern agricuhural industry clusters follow their special route and rules. Based on the detailed analysis of the restricting factors and misunderstanding areas in fostering and developing modern agricultural industry clusters in Henan Province, this paper puts forward suggestions of realizing it, such as improving the contribution of science and technology, promoting the differentiation competitive strategy, realizing the equalization of urban-country service, and establishing mechanism of survival of the fittest, in line with the natural endowment of agricultural resources and life cycle of industrial clusters.
