大学生适应性与生活满意度的关系:生命意义的中介作用

On Relationship Between Adaptation and Life Satisfaction of College Students:Meaning in Life as a Mediator

为探讨大学生适应性、生命意义和生活满意度三者之间的关系,采用问卷法对268名大学生进行调查研究.结果发现:①适应性、生命意义和生活满意度三者之间呈显著正相关;②适应性除直接影响生活满意度外,还通过生命意义间接影响生活满意度,生命意义在适应性与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用.

To explore the relationship between adaptation and life satisfaction,and also the mediating effects of meaning in life,268 college students have been selected to fill in questionnaires.The results indi-cate that ① there are significantly positive relations among adaptation,meaning in life and life satisfaction;② besides directly influencing life satisfaction,adaptation also contributed to life satisfaction through meaning in life.These findings suggest that meaning in life is a mediator between adaptation and life satis-faction.
