基于社会需求导向的地方普通本科院校应用型人才培养改革探索——以重庆第二师范学院物业管理专业为例

On Reform of Cultivating Practice-Oriented Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges Based on Social Demands——A Case Study of Chongqing University of Education Property Management Specialty

社会对应用型人才的大量需求与本科院校毕业生就业难的矛盾对普通本科人才培养提出了挑战.地方普通本科院校必须面向社会需求选准专业,加强与行业企业合作,掌握关键岗位的技能标准,明确人才培养目标,修订人才培养方案,改革教学内容和模式,改革课程考核方式,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,努力培养具有较强职业核心能力的人才,为学生的可持续发展奠定基础.

The conflict between the urgent need of the practical talents and the difficulty for undergraduates’employment makes a challenge for cultivating talents.Local universities should face the social needs to open maj ors,enhance cooperation with enterprises,master the key position skill standards, set a clear goal of cultivating talents,innovate courses,teaching models and course assessment methods, build up the rank of double-professional teachers,cultivate talents with professional core skills,and lay the foundations for students’development.
