目的:为了加强医院检验标本的规范化管理,通过分析目前医院临床各科室大小便、痰标本收集和送检存在的问题,研制一款实用型大小便、痰标本收集送检盒。方法:根据我院临床各科室每天收集送检大小便、痰标本的数量、标本尺寸大小和标本特点进行设计,采用易加工的有机玻璃板材料制作。首先制作固定标本的内板;然后制作盒体,并把内板安装在盒体中;最后制作盖子和提手。结果:该大小便、痰标本收集送检盒使用后,使得大小便、痰标本收集送检更加规范有序,标本固定稳妥不易溢洒,使用也很方便、文雅,不会对周围环境造成污染。结论:该大小便、痰标本收集送检盒具有设计紧凑,制作简单,使用方便,安全可靠,易于清洗消毒等特点,受到临床使用科室的好评,值得在其他医院推广应用。
