摘要
目的:探索奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致精神障碍的临床效果和不良反应。方法:对符合CCMD-3苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者单独用奥氮平治疗,共治疗6周。采用简明精神病评定量表BPRS评定临床疗效,副反应量表TESS评定不良反应。结果:经6周治疗后,临床治疗显效率80.7%,不良反应发生率较少且轻,不影响治疗。结论:奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致精神障碍安全有效。
ObjectiveTo explore efficacy and adverse effects of olanzapine in treatment of mental disorders caused by benze-drine. Methods：According with CCMD-3, the patients diagnosed with mental disorders caused by benzedrine were treated witholanzapine for 6 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） and the adverse reactions were evaluated bytreatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results： After 6-week＇s treatment, the significant improvement rate was 80. 7%. The ad-verse effects were less. Conclusions： Olanzapine is effective and safe for treating mental disorders caused by benzedrine.
