急性脑血管病发热原因分析及护理对策

Reason analysis of fever for acute cerebrovascular disease and nursing measures

目的:探讨急性脑血管病发热原因及其护理干预效果。方法:选择52例急性脑血管病发热患者,给予病情观察、心理护理、感染发热护理及非感染发热护理等干预措施,对其临床护理效果进行观察和分析。结果:急性脑出血病发热患者经过临床护理干预后,治愈21例,有效28例,死亡3例,总有效率为94.2%。结论:给予急性脑出血病发热患者有效的护理干预措施,能够改善患者发热症状,提高临床治疗效果,帮助患者恢复健康。

ObjectiveTo investigate reasons for fever for acute cerebrovascular disease and effects of nursing intervention.Methods：52 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease combined with fever were given the following intervention measures like diseaseobservation, psychological nursing, infection and fever nursing, infection and non-infection and fever nursing intervention. Then, theclinical nursing effects were observed and analyzed. Results： After the nursing intervention, 21 cases were cured, 28 cases were effec-tive, 3 cases died, and the total efficiency was 94. 2%. Conclusions： The effective nursing intervention measures for the patients withacute intracerebral hemorrhage combined with fever can improve the fever symptoms, promote the clinical treatment effects, and helpthe patients to recover.
