摘要
目的研究分析深圳市青中年人群猝死与低钾血症的相关性,为此类人群防控措施的制定提供依据。方法于2012年5月~2013年11月选取深圳市青中年人1 126例为研究对象,将其中各类心血管疾病发生率、猝死率及低血钾率进行统计及分析,同时对不同血钾水平者的各类心血管疾病发生率进行比较,并调查分析不同钾摄入情况者的各类心血管疾病发生率及猝死率,同时以Logistic分析处理低血钾与心血管疾病及猝死的关系。结果 1 126例青中年人中共有20例死亡,死亡率为1.78%,共有109例发生各类心血管疾病,发生率为9.68%,且低血钾者的各类心血管疾病发生率及总发生率均高于血钾正常者,而重度者则高于轻度与中度者,中度则高于轻度者,差异均具统计学意义(P均<0.05);钾摄入较低者的各类心血管疾病发生率及猝死率均高于钾摄入一般及钾摄入较高者,而钾摄入一般者则高于钾摄入较高者,且经Logistic分析处理低血钾与心血管疾病及猝死有密切的关系,差异均具统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论深圳市青中年人群猝死与低钾血症有密切的关系,应重视对此类人群进行钾摄入。
Objective To study and analyze the relationship between the kaliopenia and sudden death of young and middle-aged population in Shenzhen City,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control measures of those people. Methods 1 126 young and middle-aged population from May 2012 to November 2013 were the research object,and the various cardiovascular diseases rates,sudden death rate and kaliopenia rate were analyzed,then the various cardiovascular diseases rates of people with different blood potassium levels were compared,and the various cardiovascular diseases rates and sudden death rate of people with different potassium intake situation were investigate and analyzed,then the relationship between the kaliopenia and sudden death were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results 20 cases of 1 126 young and middle-aged population were death,the death rate was 1.78%,109 cases were with various cardiovascular diseases,the rate was 9.68%,and the various cardiovascular diseases rates of people with kaliopenia were higher than those without kaliopenia,and the rates of serve kaliopenia were higher than those with mild and moderate kaliopenia,the rates of moderate kaliopenia were higher than those of mild kaliopenia,and the various cardiovascular diseases rates and sudden death rate of people with lower potassium intake were higher than those of general and higher potassium intake, and the rates of general potassium intake were higher than those of higher potassium intake,the sudden death had close relationship to the kaliopenia by the Logistic analysis,there were all significant differences(all P〈0.05). Conclusion The sudden death of young and middle-aged population in Shenzhen City have close relationship to the kaliopenia,so the potassium intake of those people should be paid attention to.
