摘要
研究目的:对南京市2006年至2011年城市土地利用和生态环境变化情况进行评价和分析。研究方法:运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,根据协调发展模型对南京市土地集约利用与生态城市建设的协调发展程度进行了测算。研究结果:结果表明协调发展程度由中等协调转向良好协调,总体发展态势良好。但是,从各指标因素分析不难发现依然存在影响两者协调发展的客观因素。研究结论:总结出有利于城市土地集约利用型生态城市建设的相关措施和方法,促进南京市生态城市的建设,保障社会、经济、生态环境全面协调可持续发展。
The purpose of this paper is evaluate and analyze the degree of urban land intensive use and the changes of ecological environment in Nanjing from 2006 to 2011.The methods used AHP to validate the weight of each index in order to calculate the degree of coordination development between intensive urban land-use and ecological urban construction.The results showed that coordination degree changed from intermediate coordination into good coordination and exhibited a fine trend. However, it was easy to find that there were objective factors affecting coordination development from the analysis of index factors. Conclusion is to sum up, corresponding measures and ways which are beneifcial to intensive urban land-use and ecological urban construction were carried out to promote the construction of ecological and livable city and safeguard social, economical, ecological sustainable development.
