美国“慕课”的新发展及对中国的启示——基于对斯隆联盟系列调查评估报告的解读 被引量:67

摘要 美国著名网络高等教育研究机构——斯隆联盟,自2002年起就开始对美国在线教育进行年度调查并发布调查报告。该机构2013年报告聚焦在线教育的最新发展形式——大规模在线开放课程(简称"慕课"),调查了美国"慕课"的最新发展情况,分析了阻碍"慕课"发展的因素。中国高校要把握住"慕课"给高等教育带来的重大机遇,就要采取措施发展"慕课"。为此可以借鉴美国的经验,充分认识"慕课"在教育发展中的价值和重要意义,制订"慕课"发展的战略规划,调动教师参与"慕课"建设的积极性,建立"慕课"的评估系统,建立"慕课"被认可和接受的配套制度。 Sloan Consortium, a fabulous American network education institution, began to collect statis tical information and publish annual reports in 2002. The 2013 annual report focused on the MOOC, the latest form of online education. It studied the latest development of MOOCs in the United States, and analyzed the factors hindering their development. If Chinese universities do not want to miss the great opportunities that MOOCs can bring to the higher education, they should take necessary meas ures to develop MOOCs. Therefore, they should draw on the experience of the United States to devel op strategies for MOOCs, motivate their teachers to participate in the construction of MOOCs, estab lish a system for evaluating MOOCs, and improve the auxiliary systems for MOOCs.
