The relationship between design and cultura is like relationship between fish and water, they depend on each other and promote each other. The formation of the virtual-real view in Chinese classical gardens has a deep cultural root, and it can be ascended to Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. The concept has been reflected in water,stone,buildings and plants which are the main elements of the Chinese classical gardens.
