网络中的意见领袖对突发事件的影响力研究——以温州动车组事故为例

RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF OPINION LEADERS ONLINE ON EMERGENCIES——A case study of Wenzhou EMU event

互联网中的意见领袖在网络中尤其是在非常规性突发事件中的言论,对大多数网民和舆论走向都会产生影响。2011年温州动车组追尾脱轨事故发生后,知名网络意见领袖对事件原因及搜救方式纷纷发表评论并引起网民的热议。以温州动车组事故为例,运用电子调查问卷、个人访谈等调研方法,对网络中的意见领袖对网民的影响力展开了调查。结果表明:网络意见领袖的草根性、隐蔽性及主动性等特征在信息海量的网络环境中形成了新型的民意表达渠道,但是也形成了网络舆论的压力与一定程度的谣言。

Opinion leaders＇ speeches in Internet, particularly involving unconventional incidents, have an impact on most netizens and public opinion. In 2011, after- EMU derailment in Wenzhou rear-end accident hap- pened, some well-known network opinion leader＇s discussed the causes and rescue modes of the accident, which resulted in heated controversy among netizens. The author＂ takes the accident as a case in point and conducts investigation into the fiffluence of network opinion leader＇s on netizens by using such research methods as electronic questionnaires and personal interviews. The resuhs show that since the network opinion leader＇s are grassroots, private, hidden and initiative, they create a new channel for＂ expressing public opinion. At the same time, they also produce pressure on public opinion, giving rise to some of the rumm＇s.
