摘要
大班教学是目前我国高校中常见的一种教学组织形式。选取"大学生职业发展与就业指导"大班课堂教学作为研究案例,从课堂人数、学生学习投入、师生课堂互动、教学方法、教学内容、教学质量等方面对学生的满意度进行调查。在此基础上,提出要从课程价值、师资队伍培养、教学形式多样、教学效果反思、学生评教制度等方面,提高大班课堂教学质量。
Large-scale class teaching is a common pattern for teaching and learning in China' s universities. The paper takes as a case in point large-scale classroom teaching " College Career Development and Employment Guidance" and conducts an investigation into students' satistfsction from the following aspects: the number of students in classroom, learning engagement, classroom interaction, teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching quality. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching, the author believes that attention should be paid to curriculum value, teacher training, diverse forms of teaching, reflection on effectiveness of teaching and students' feedback on evaluation of teaching etc.
