摘要
通过职业倦怠量表和调查表,对河南4所典型高校的240名高校英语教师的职业倦怠状况进行了调查研究,结果显示:学校类型、教师收入和教师工作性质对河南高校英语教师的职业倦怠有显著影响;教师们的压力源前三名依次为收入、学术和教学。建议逐步提高教师待遇、改革教师工作评价体系、建立教师心理健康咨询和干预机制来预防和改善高校英语教师的职业倦怠状况,为河南高等教育发展和经济建设提供保障。
The study indicates that occupational burnout is not so serious among college English teachers in Henan Province in general. Type of schools, teachers' income and nature of work have significant influenee on their occupational burnout. Coordinated survey shows that the foremost factors which lead to teachers' mental stress are income, academic pursuit and teaching. Measures should be taken to improve the situation, such as gradually increase their income, reform teacher evaluation system, establish mental health counseling and intervention mechanism for teachers to prevent and improve college English teachers' job burnout.
