一体化护理在儿童过敏性紫癜血液灌流治疗中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF INTEGRATION OF NURSING IN BLOOD PERFUSION IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIC PURPURA

目的探讨一体化护理在儿童过敏性紫癜血液灌流治疗中的应用价值。方法收集该院2012年1月—2013年6月收治的行血液灌流治疗的过敏性紫癜患儿60例,按照入院顺序,将其随机分为干预组及对照组,每组30例。二组患儿均给予血液灌流治疗,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予一体化护理干预,干预6个月后,观察二组临床疗效及皮疹消退天数。结果干预组患儿皮疹消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。二组患儿临床疗效结果显示,干预组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论一体化护理可以明显缩短过敏性紫癜儿童血液灌流治疗后的皮疹消退天数,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of integration of nursing in treatment of pediatric allergic purpura blood perfusion. Methods A sample of 60 cases of allergic purpura were collected from January 2012 to June 2013 with blood perfusion treatment. They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to admission order, 30 cases in each group. Two groups of children were given blood perfusion treatment and routine nursing care, intervention group was given additional integration of nursing intervention. Intervention after six months, the clinical curative effect and the number of days fades were observed. Results The children with time fades in intervention group were shorter than that in con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Comparison with two groups of clinical curative effect, according to the results, total effective rate of intervention group was 93.3%, which total effective rate of control group was 66. 7%, intervention group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Integrated nursing can obviously shorten days fades for the blood perfusion in treatment of allergic purpura children, improve the treatment effect, with is worth promoting.
