推动军事物流军民融合深度发展,必须科学统筹军民融合军事物流建设的共性与个性、借鉴与创新、当前需要与长远发展、务实与务虚、硬件建设与软件建设、平时与战时、全局利益与局部利益、安全保密与公开透明八大关系,使军民融合的军事物流建设充分体现平战一体的思想,具备"平时服务,急时应急,战时应战"的功能,有效保障完成多样化军事任务的物资需要。

To promote the deepen development of the military logistics based on civil-military integration,we should scientifically balance eight relations of military logistic based on civil-military integration,such as relation between the universality and individuality,learning from and making innovation,current demand and future development,dealing with concrete issues and ideological issues,hardware and software,peacetime and wartime,interest of the whole and parts,and confidentiality and transparency to fully reflect the thought of“the integration of peacetime and wartime”,make military logistics have the function of“providing service in the peacetime,playing the role of emergency logistics and accepting the challenge of enemy in wartime”,and effectively guarantee the demand for material of diversified military tasks.
