基于农村卫生环境污染的库兹涅茨曲线的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on Rural Environmental Kuznets Curve

农村经济的快速发展变革使农村居民卫生环境污染问题凸显。本文目的是研究农村卫生环境污染状况及其与收入水平之间的关系。基于2008年5省101个村2028个农户的分层抽样调查表明,农村卫生环境的污染源主要来自于垃圾和畜禽粪便等,受到卫生环境污染的农户比例为18%。计量分析表明,农村卫生环境污染程度与收入水平之间存在倒U型关系,农村卫生环境的治理尤其要关注那些中等经济发展水平的农村地区。

Rural China has been experiencing rapid economic development, which has been associated with ahigh cost to the environment. This paper aimed at analyzing the sanitation situation in rural China and its rela-tionship with income per capita. Stratified and randomly sampled data involves 5 provinces, 100 villages and2000 households were gathered in 2008. Field surveys found that rural environmental sanitation problems weremainly caused by domestic garbage and livestock wastes. About 11 percents of households were suffering fromsanitation problems. From the econometrical result, it was concluded that there existed inverted U-shape relation-ship between pollution and income level. China should pay attention to the middle developed regions which aresuffering from more serious sanitation problems.
