校内教育资源的合理配置与学校优质发展——基于对广东省五市6所中小学为期三年的跟踪调研

Reasonable Allocation of Intra-School Resources and the Development of Premium Schools:Longitudinal Studies of 6 Schools in Guangzhou

长期以来,对学校优质发展研究,国内外学术界多是从师资队伍建设、教学质量的提升等方面展开的,而往往忽略了学校内部教育资源合理配置和有效利用对促进学校优质发展的作用。本文试图从教育经济学的角度,选择广东省五市6所中小学进行了为期三年的跟踪调研,就校内教育资源的合理配置与学校优质发展问题进行了研究,并得出了相应的结论。

Past researches on premium schools around the world focus on teachers and teaching quality , paying littleattention to reasonable allocation and effectiveness of educational resources within schools. The author conducts a 3-yearlongitudinal study in six middle and primary schools located in five cities in Guangdong province, the paper , attempting todemonstrate the importance of reasonable allocation of intra-school resources for developing premium schools .
