摘要
在饱和温度为39℃,壁面过冷度为3.2~10.5℃条件下,实验研究了R134a在不锈钢三维翅片管外的冷凝传热性能.结果表明,光滑管的冷凝传热系数比Nusselt理论公式的计算值低4.8%,不锈钢三维翅片管的平均冷凝传热系数是不锈钢光滑管的3.34倍.
Condensation heat transfer characteristics of R134a on the horizontal stainless steel three-dimensional (3D)finned tube are experimentally investigated. Experiments were carried out at saturation temperatures of 39 ℃ and wall subcoolings from 3.2-10.5 ℃. The results show that the condensation heat transfer coefficients on the smooth stainless steel tube are smaller than those predicted by the Nusselt analysis by 4.8 %. The average enhancement factors provided by the stainless steel 3D finned tubes are 3.34.
