摘要
文章综述了近年来我国松茸产品开发利用的相关情况,分别介绍了松茸在保健食品、医药制剂、保健饮品等方面的研究进展,为松茸产品的进一步研究开发提供参考依据。
The paper reviewed the recent product development and utilization of Tricholoma matsutake in our country. Respectively introduces the research progress of matsutake health food, pharmaceutical preparations, health drinks, provide a reference for further research and development of mushroom products.
