摘要
针对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产废气温度较高的特点,本文介绍了一种因地制宜的处理技术工程案例,监测结果表明,该技术运行稳定可靠,废气中各污染指标均能达到排放要求,且充分利用了废气本身的热量,达到了节能的目的,是一种值得借鉴和推广的处理技术。
According to the characteristics of the high temperature of the exhaust gas of PAN based carbon fiber production. The paper introduced a proper processing technology of engineering case. The monitoring results show that, the technology is stable and reliable, the exhaust gas pollution index can reach the discharge requirements, and we can make full use of the exhaust heat of the system, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, so it is a technology that is worth learning and promotion.
