摘要
汽水分离再热器(即MSR)是压水堆核电站二回路中一台组合式大型容器。其作用是降低汽轮机低压缸蒸汽湿度,提高汽轮机整体热效率。文章以广东台山EPR型核电项目为依托,通过对MSR管子与管板胀接技术的研究,着重介绍了MSR管子与管板胀接工艺设计方法。
MSR (Moisture Separator Repeater) is a large vessel of the secondary loop system in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power station. The roles of MSR are to reduce the moisture of steam in low pressure cylinder of turbine, and improve the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine. Based on Taishan Guangdong EPR MSR, the paper studies expansion of tubes in tube sheet, and introduces the expanding process design method of tube to tube sheet.
