摘要 文章将发展的基于均匀设计-模拟退火遗传算法的色谱分离条件智能优化策略用于14种新型毒品及滥用药物的反相离子对色谱分离条件优化中,经过优化操作,得到了最优点所对应的流动相组成,优化条件下14种新型毒品及滥用药物得到了令人满意的分离,这为实现毒品及滥用药物的快速筛选和分离鉴定提供了一种有效的方法。 An optimization method based on uniform design in conjunction with simulated annealing genetic algorithm was established and applied in the optimization of separation condition of 14 new drugs and abused medicines in reversed-phase ion pair chromatography, satisfactory optimal result was obtained.
