摘要
本项目利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对中药三七蒸汽溶液进行分析研究,建立了相应的测定方法及获得相应的气相色谱图谱。通过检索美国国家标准与技术局(NIST)的质谱图库,测得了19种可能化合物,其中2-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯酚、十四烷酸、十八碳二烯酸、二十五烷的可信度达95%以上。
In this project, gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry, was used to study the Chinese herbal medicine Sanqi (Panax notoginseng) and its volatile substances. During the course of study, the corresponding instrumental method of determination for Sanqi were established and the corresponding spectra were obtained. By searching the USA National Institute of standards and Technology (NIST) mass spectra library, we obtained 19 compounds. All of the credibility of 2-methoxy-4-(l-propenyl)-Phenol, tetradecanoic acid, (Z,Z)-(9,12)-octadecadienoic acid, (E)-9-octadecenoic acid, pentacosane are more than 95 %.
