摘要
气相色谱分析法的应用非常广泛,而氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)也成为目前对有机物微量分析应用最广的检测器。FID在使用中经常出现故障是困扰我们的一大难题,因此我们必须根据故障或分析不正常的谱图,判断区分问题是出在什么地方,然后根据判断做出针对性的检查,最后采取一定的方法措施加以排除。
Gas chromatography analysis method has a very wide range of applications, and hydrogen flame ionization detector has become the most widely current application to trace analysis of organic matter detector. FID in use is often a failure is a big problem to us, so we must based on the analysis of failure or abnormal spectra, distinguish where is the problem, then according to the judge to make targeted examination, take certain measures to rule out in the end.
