卤族吸入麻醉药对细胞内Ca^(2+)的作用研究进展

摘要 全身麻醉中广泛应用卤族类吸入麻醉药,包括氟烷(halothane)、恩氟烷(enflurane)、异氟烷(isoflurane)、七氟烷(sevoflurane)和地氟烷(desflurane)等,主要由于其麻醉效能强,诱导、苏醒快,无燃烧、爆炸等优点,广泛应用于临床麻醉。但是,这些卤族吸入麻醉药具有麻醉、器官保护作用的同时也有一定的毒性,且大多与细胞内Ca2+的浓度变化密不可分。Ca2+作为一个主要的细胞内信使,参与调控细胞的生理活动,
