摘要
目的:探究在精神科病房开展优质护理服务的可行性及效果分析。方法:将2012年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院精神科病房收治的100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用传统的常规护理模式,观察组实施优质护理模式,对两组分别进行护理质量的考核、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果:两组护理质量考核、患者对护理的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务作为一种可以全面提高医院的护理质量,提升患者及家属满意度,最大限度地提高患者治疗的依从性,使患者康复速度提升的护理模式,在临床上可以得到全面的推广与使用。
Objective：To investigate the feasibility and effect conduct of quality nursing care in psychiatric wards.Method：From January 2012 to January 2013 100 patients who admitted to our hospital psychiatric ward were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional conventional care model,the observation group was given implement quality care model,the quality of care and nursing satisfaction of two groups were analyzed.Result：The quality of care and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）.Conclusion：Quality care nursing as a way to fully improve the quality of hospital care,improve patient and family satisfaction, maximize patient adherence to treatment,so that the speed of recovery of the patient care model to improve clinically can get comprehensive promotion and use.
