临床用药护理安全管理的做法与效果

Nursing Clinical Drug Safety and Effectiveness of Management Practices

目的:研究临床用药护理安全管理的方法以及效果。方法:选择2013年1-12月笔者所在医院内科临床用药的380例患者,由医护人员成立专门的临床用药护理安全管理小组,找出临床用药护理中存在的安全隐患,制定专门的药品管理手册,对各种药品标识实施规范化管理,完善各项护理工作制度,建立一套临床用药护理安全培训制度,同时选择实施管理前的380例患者作为对照。结果:经过实施临床用药护理安全管理,用药缺陷及差错的发生率明显降低,药物过期数量明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对临床用药实施护理安全管理能够提高临床用药的安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To study the clinical medication care safety management methods and how effective.Method：The hospital choice from January 2013 to December 2013 380 patients with clinical medicine medication by medical staff set up a special nursing clinical drug safety management team to identify nursing clinical drug safety hazards exist,develop specific Drug management cards,identification of various drugs implementation of standardized management,improve the care system,the establishment of a code of clinical medicine care safety training,and selecting 380 cases before the implementation of the management of patients served as controls.Result：After the implementation of the safety management of clinical drug treatments,the incidence of defects and errors in medication significantly reduced,significantly reducing the number of expired drugs,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of nursing clinical drug safety management can provide ah clinical drug safety,should be introduced in clinical practice.
