摘要
随着计算机软件和硬件技术的快速发展,推动了地理信息技术尤其是三维地理信息技术的飞速发展,并在很多领域得到广泛应用。以三维地理信息系统在房地产管理中的应用和实践为基础,结合不动产统一登记制度的推行,阐述了三维地理信息系统在统一不动产管理中的应用和推广。
With the rapid development of computer software and hardware technologies, the rapid development of the geographic information technology （especially the three-dimensional geographic information technology） has been promoted and the geographic information technology has been widely applied in many fields. The appli- cation and practice of three-dimensional geographic information system in the real estate management is taken as the basis to elaborate the application and promotion of the three-dimensional geographic information system in the unified real estate management combined with the implementation of unified registration system of the real estate.
